3 Healthy & Quick Dinner Options! 😜👌

Hello Ladies,

After a long day at work or school the last thing you want to do is spend hours cooking dinner! That’s why we compiled three different meal ideas that take no longer than 10 minutes, are cost effective, and super healthy.

 

Let’s Get Started

 

  1. Taco’s

All you’ll need for this is some lettuce to use as a shell, ground beef or chicken (for a healthier alternative), an avocado, sour cream, and some spices. Just cook up your meat, mash up your avocado’s and assemble your taco.

 

  1. Potluck Soup

 

Take some chicken broth and all the vegetables in your fridge that’ll soon expire and throw it in a pot with some water. Add your favorite spices as your soup comes to a simmer and a meat of your choice (meat is optional and not needed). This will be super quick, satisfying, and healthy.

 

  1. Something Saucy

 

Get a few cans of tomato sauce or mash your own if you want to be even more creative. Take your favorite vegetable (I prefer cauliflower for this recipe) and add it in as you whip up some rice on the side. Once everything is cooked to your liking combine and enjoy!
