When stuck at home we tend to eat to pass the time. To combat this, go through your cabinets, fridge, and anywhere else you might be able to indulge in your junk food cravings—and THROW IT OUT!
Drink Tons of Water
I can not stress this enough, you MUST drink tons of water—not only will this help your digestion, but you’ll instantly feel better. And if you get bored of water add some lemon or any other fruit for some flavor.
This is a no brainier—this can be a ten-minute cardio session or 90-day squat challenge, as long as you’re doing things to keep your body moving you should see results in no time.
Counting calories can be a good thing—but don’t go crazy with it. Remember, you should be forming a new lifestyle for yourself and not following another fad diet.
Believe In Yourself
This is the most important step—if you truly believe you can do it then you can. So, keep up the good work girl, you’re doing great!
