the fad diets and quick fixes out there, it’s sometimes hard to pinpoint healthy and effective ways to get the results you want. So, today we're here to teach you how to properly detox your body—whether you just aren’t feeling well or need to break a plateau—this stuff is great!

Plus, all you’ll need is common household ingredients that can be found literally anywhere for super cheap.

 Let’s Get Started…

The Detox Drink You Absolutely NEED

The only ingredients you’ll need are 2 carrots, 1 apple, 1 beet, 2tsp of ginger, a handful of spinach, 2-3 parsley leaves, 1 cucumber (remove the skin), and water.

 

 

 

You’ll either need a juicer or blender (if you have neither you can always boil down your ingredients and add them to water).

 

After you blend your carrots, apple, beet, ginger, and water up—you can put it in the fridge to chill for two hours.

 

After you let your mixture chill for a little, pour it in a glass (make sure it’s more of a liquid consistency), and add some ice cubes and your parsley leaves over top.

 

If you want it a little sweeter you can add some organic cane sugar or any other natural sugar substitute.
