- Sleep In
Waking up throughout the week is always a struggle, so give yourself a day where there’s no alarm set, and you could wake up to the birds chirping as the morning sun glazes over the interior of your room
- Order Breakfast
On a lazy Sunday, the last thing anyone wants to do is cook—that’s why I tend to order something yummy as a little reward for my weeks hard work. Spoiler…it’s usually an iced latte and avocado toast, I would totally recommend.
- Do Something You Enjoy
Whether it’s snuggling up with a good book or taking a jog around your local park, you should spend your day doing something you truly enjoy.
Take this time to better yourself—draw a bath, put on a face mask, or paint your nails. This literally always makes me super relaxed and more ready to take on the upcoming week.
- Literally Anything
This day is all about you—so go out with friends, stay in all day, sit in bed on your phone for hours…. literally do anything YOU want!
