I love this company and there jewelry. The stones look so real and shine beautifully. But there customer service is terrible. They NEVER get back to you. I've been trying for months to get a hold of them. I've sent numerous messages and nothing. I still can't believe that I'm still ordering there jewelry. I'm really taking a big chance with that one god forbid there was an issue.

When I made my first order with you I made a mistake in my ordering and I received two pair of earrings in 2 Carat. I did keep on pair , but I have sent the other pair back to you. I do love these but they are to large for my ears. They do not set right on my ear. Now I have also bought another pair an I love them for my second hole. I think my last order was 1 carat. I need something for my bottom hole , but smaller than 2carat. Can you help with what size I may need. Thanks hope to hear back soon.

I love them they are a little bigger than I was expecting but that’s a plus on top of that the quality is great. My order was lost in the mail I reached out an let them know a two days later I received a email asking my correct mailing address a few days after that my package was delivered , if you haven’t ordered yourself some I suggest you do so.

Compared to my real diamonds, you can't tell the difference. However, the size was a little bit much for me.

I received the offer to receive a pair of 1ct simulated diamond earrings at no charge except the price of shipping. I admit I was leery about this offer because I was worried there would be something obvious about the simulated diamond aspect which for me personally would have made this more or less a waste of time because of not wanting to wear them. That being said, I went ahead & trusted the fact so many other people had already left so many positive reviews and ordered. I recieved the earrings rather quickly and I am here to tell you that I am beyond happy that I took advantage of this offer! To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. They arrived exactly as stated in the ad and I have worn them everyday since receiving them. Additionally, I had a scenario where I was given the option at checkout to purchase additional items at a reduced price and inadvertently selected yes to doing so which resulted in a higher amount to be deducted from my account. Instantly after ordering I received a confirmation email receipt detailing the order and amount that was scheduled to be deducted. So I called the customer service number on the invoice emailed and the amazing level of customer service I received was something I definitely noticed. So much so that I commented on it to family after hanging up. I think plenty of us have horror stories about taking part of offers that sound almost too good to be true only to find out that it was just that...too good to be true! Not the case with this business. It was extremely easy and painless with them. They were kind, professional and nothing more than the shipping I planned on paying was ever deducted. I am writing this for anyone on the fence about ordering from this business. I will tell you that I am an extremely tough critic and based on the product I myself received I can honestly tell you that I feel it is going to be a very very small group of people that are unhappy with this offer and the product they receive. Its definitely something I am happy to have come across and will actually be taking advantage of it again by ordering more before the offer becomes unavailable. Based on my experience...this business deserves the chance to make you happy and the product itself will do just that!
